Randy Shumway Leadership Workshop
We are pleased to announce that Randy Shumway will be conducting a workshop for HAAU on April 3, 6:30 PM at the Alta Club. The workshop will focus on proven best practices that generate effective group decision-making. The workshop will engage members of the audience in a highly interactive discussion and learning process, addressing demonstrated processes in leading effective, highly innovative, problem-solving organizations.
Randy is the founder, former CEO, and current Chairman of the Cicero Group, a data-driven strategic consulting firm based in Salt Lake City with offices in San Francisco, Boston, Boise and Hong Kong. Cicero has progressed in less than 20 years from four employees working out of Randy’s house, to 350 employees worldwide. In 2017 he was recognized as CEO of the Year in Utah for his lifetime achievements. He is an economic adviser to Zions Bank and adjunct Professor at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. Randy graduated from the Harvard Business School in the top 5% of his class.
Networking will begin at 6:30 PM with drinks, and dinner will be served at 7 PM as the workshop progresses. Tickets for the event will be $39 for members, $20 for recent grads (less than five years since their degree), and $44 for non-members.
