Supply Chain Risk Management during COVID-19

Tuesday, June 16, 7-8:15pm on Zoom

Supply chains disruptions are common and firms typically plan for and practice their response to disruptions.  COVID19, however, is a disruption on a very difficult scale.  We will discuss how firms typically manage disruption risk, why this disruption is different, and identify actions firms have been taking that help coordinate the supply chain and examine what obstacles exist for effective supply chain execution.  We will showcase what firms are doing to maintain resilience in this time and what other firms will need to put in place post-COVID19.
